Eucalyptus Harvest

Like all of my art lately, this is a painting to disappear into - there's lots to look at despite its rather smallish size. This nature landscape features iconic gum leaves and gumnuts, and a hazy blue sky with dappled light. It is painted in professional artists oil, predominantly with a palette knife, and just a small amount of finer brushstrokes to provide key details on the gum nuts.
