Framed - Red Flowering Gum

A rich colour scheme has been used to depict the trees currently flowering in my local town Seymour. Flowering gum trees feature in our parks, nature strips and gardens, and provide an annual feast for honey bees and wattle birds. They are truly a stunning sight when in full bloom.

My artistic style is impressionist and loose, where colours may not be photo-perfect but instead provide a sense of movement and space. This artwork was created over the course of several sunny days in winter as I recalled the sight of these trees in the height of summer.

I have included photos of this artwork installed into a room with furniture. In situ photos were created using various apps and may not be perfectly to scale but should give you an idea of how your beautiful new artwork might look. I recommend external framing to best show off this artwork, however it is not essential. All sides have been painted as wrap around so it is beautiful from every angle.
