Northern Territory Riverbed

My latest series of landscape paintings continues to draw on my memories of travelling through central Australia in 2011.

Here, I have used only primary colours, one blue, one red, one yellow, and white. This produces a beautiful palette with soft olive greens, pinky salmons, and lovely indigo shades.

The sides of the canvas have been painted as wraparound, which means you can start to see the image as you approach the artwork from any angle. The front of the artwork is signed.

This painting will look amazing in a custom frame, however it is not absolutely necessary as the painting is ready to hang right out of the box.
