Fiona paints from her property in the Adelaide Hills, South Australia.
Fiona brings courage and curiosity when putting paint to canvas. She gets lost in experimenting with colour, textures, layers and scratching in detail and mark making. Her work gives the observer many elements to discover… drawing them into the painting with colour, vibrancy, movement, happiness, joy and a ‘dreamlike quality’. She describes her style as being a lot like life; ‘colourful and BEAUTIFULLY MESSY’.
Fiona hopes to run painting workshops at her farm studio in the future to nurture the spirit through being immersed in fresh air, stunning scenery, intriguing company and getting lost in a creative experience!
