Undoubtedly one of my favourite subjects to paint that are heartfelt meaningful and nostalgic. My mother's old broken teapot has been revamped with a new white lid, giving it a refreshing joyful look, paired up with a teacup looking utensil that is in fact a part of grandmother's beloved wooden nesting dolls. A "tea set" that may not be purposely served for hot tea but is certainly for that glint of warmth called "home".
