During the bush fires that surrounded Sydney at the end of 2019, this picture comes from a series of photographs taken from the ferry on the Parramatta river during early morning light surrounded by surreal and eerie dense smoke. The paper used for this picture was also stretched and dried outside amongst the smoke.
