This was one of two studies on paper which lead to a larger work on canvas entitled Backyard Carnegie.
The other work on paper has since sold and was completed as a study featuring the full property plus two figures positioned in the front yard. It was part of the Backyard Series of homes set in different suburbs of Melbourne.
