Quiet Pool

Our eyes are often attracted to views of water and the different hues of colour these views present. There is a meditative quality to observing bodies of water, from the humble puddle to a vast pool of a lake or the sea. This pool painting includes slants of light and shadow adding to it a quiet, reflective mood.
Painted on heavy weight archival quality paper, the surface has been coated with polymer satin varnish for protection.
