This is a painting of a friend I made over the internet who lives in the Netherlands. She is a fashion designer and she's fabulously talented. Her name is Emma. I've painted her several times because I'm in love with her high arches eyebrows and her timeless face surrounded by her Titian curls. She's also just a lovely person. I chose to paint her nude but covering herself with a sheet because she's modest and frankly, she's not going to share more than she wants to and I love that.
