I have always loved drawing. I spent hours as a child looking at clours and drawing. I won a full scholarship to the Malaysian Institute of Art in 1990. In 1995, I was awarded The Philip Morris ASEAN Art Awards. The same year, I left to study at the School of the Art Institute of Chicago.
