Artwork Description

This is a continuation of the previous work called " I know you have some chips".
This was inspired by the time I bought fish and chips and was harassed by large
flock of birds. This painting is an illustration of what I saw right front of my eyes.

Artist Bio

Iko Maddox was born in Tokyo Japan.
Growing up in a drab inner city Tokyo suburb,
she has used her imagination as an escape from
her hyper urban environment.

Her watercolour paintings are playful juxtapositions
of animals into people role plays.
They are bright, cheerful and colourful and above all
dynamic.

She enjoys figurative art which she can apply to
different genres including fashion and botanical
portraits. Moreover, she emphasises humour as
the foundation and inspiration of her art.
