As an artist, I find inspiration in nature's beauty, and my latest painting is a reflection of that. "Butterfly’s home " is a vivid image of a lush field of flowers, bursting with life and colour. I wanted to capture the vibrant energy of spring and the feeling of joy it brings.
In this painting I wanted to show a bright green grassy landscape, dotted with many of pink, purple, and red flowers, each with its unique shape and character. The flowers seem to grow everywhere, creating a stunning visual display that is impossible to ignore. Amidst the flowers sits a beautiful butterfly, with intricate patterns and colours that complement the surrounding flora.
The blue sky in the background adds a sense of calmness and tranquility to the scene, creating a perfect balance between the lively foreground and serene background. Through this painting, I hope to bring a deep appreciation for the beauty of nature and its ability to bring joy and peace to our lives.

From an early age, I was drawn to creative expression, discovering my passion for art as soon as I could hold a crayon.
I pursued this passion academically, earning a degree in Art Education in Ukraine, which laid the foundation for my artistic and teaching career.
After relocating to Australia in 2002, I continued to develop my practice and actively sought opportunities to exhibit my work.
I have since participated in various art prizes and exhibited in local galleries, while also sharing my knowledge through teaching, both in my home studio and within the school community attended by my children.
For me, art is more than a passion; it is a lifelong journey of exploration, growth, and connection. Through both my creative practice and teaching, I aim to inspire others to experience the joy and transformative power of art. My work has allowed me to engage with audiences locally on the Gold Coast and internationally, reinforcing my belief in creativity as a universal language that enriches lives.
