Artwork Description

Garden of Gold.

Garden of gold. It is a magical and flourishing village with birds, paradise, the sun and the moon, painted on a textured canvas with cutouts.
An original surreal painting on stretched canvas with gold cut outs in the center of the painting to emphasize the golden bloom in the center of the painting.
These varieties of flowers are miracle plants, providing vitality to the rest of the village and its surroundings.
There is something magical about this idyllic village with its tropical birds and golden leaf flowers. This creates a wondrous tropical paradise, where branches and leaves are intertwined and stretch out toward the moon and the sun.

It is like going back to the womb in a safe and warm environment in which there is a source of magical content and beautiful blooms everywhere you look. This wonderful paradise, surrounded by lush, succulent nectars, is like an exhale of a breath of fresh air.

There is a lot of textures in the painting, with some added gold, glossed, signed by Inessa Ivascanin, 80x80cm

Artist Bio

From an early age, I was drawn to creative expression, discovering my passion for art as soon as I could hold a crayon.
I pursued this passion academically, earning a degree in Art Education in Ukraine, which laid the foundation for my artistic and teaching career.
After relocating to Australia in 2002, I continued to develop my practice and actively sought opportunities to exhibit my work.
I have since participated in various art prizes and exhibited in local galleries, while also sharing my knowledge through teaching, both in my home studio and within the school community attended by my children.
For me, art is more than a passion; it is a lifelong journey of exploration, growth, and connection. Through both my creative practice and teaching, I aim to inspire others to experience the joy and transformative power of art. My work has allowed me to engage with audiences locally on the Gold Coast and internationally, reinforcing my belief in creativity as a universal language that enriches lives.
