Original Artwork's Description

This vibrant underwater escape draws you into a glowing lagoon where beams of sunlight spill through the surface, drifting softly between rocky ledges and coral shelves.
Bursts of colour shimmer everywhere , coral in warm reds, golds, and pinks sway gently alongside cool aquatic greens and blues.
Schools of playful fish swim through the scene, little stripes darting confidently, and bright yellow, purple, and teal fish weaving in and out of the coral gardens.

Framed in a fresh white frame, this piece feels clean, uplifting, and full of movement , a window into a peaceful reef alive with colour.

This piece was inspired by my love for creating underwater worlds that feel both serene and full of life.
I’m fascinated by the way currents flow, how coral forms little sanctuaries, and how tiny fish bring personality into a scene with their gentle movement and playful colours.
I wanted to capture that dreamy, floating feeling , the sense of drifting through a hidden lagoon where everything glows softly and nature feels magical.

Artist Bio

From an early age, I was drawn to creative expression, discovering my passion for art as soon as I could hold a crayon.
I pursued this passion academically, earning a degree in Art Education in Ukraine, which laid the foundation for my artistic and teaching career.
After relocating to Australia in 2002, I continued to develop my practice and actively sought opportunities to exhibit my work.
I have since participated in various art prizes and exhibited in local galleries, while also sharing my knowledge through teaching, both in my home studio and within the school community attended by my children.
For me, art is more than a passion; it is a lifelong journey of exploration, growth, and connection. Through both my creative practice and teaching, I aim to inspire others to experience the joy and transformative power of art. My work has allowed me to engage with audiences locally on the Gold Coast and internationally, reinforcing my belief in creativity as a universal language that enriches lives.
