Three Sisters
Triptych, 275 × 180 cm
This painting was inspired by the Three Sisters rock formation in New South Wales. When I first thought about the Three Sisters, I imagined them not only as mountains, but as strong women standing tall together.
This work was born from a vision of sisterhood — women uplifting one another, holding each other through life, and staying deeply connected. It is a celebration of feminine strength, unity, and the quiet power that grows when women stand together. 🌿
This large triptych celebrates the quiet strength and deep connection between women and nature. Three female figures emerge from the landscape, their bodies flowing into trees, plants, and water, as if they are part of the living earth itself. Branches grow through their hair, flowers bloom around them, and soft clouds drift through the scene, creating a sense of movement and calm.
The work explores the idea of surrendering to the natural flow of life — becoming immersed in it, rooted within it, and finding strength through that connection. Each sister carries her own presence, yet together they create a harmonious landscape where feminine energy and nature are intertwined.
