Artwork Description

Inspired by quiet moments spent wandering near tropical waterways at sunset, this painting brings the gentle conversation between land, water, and sky. Flowing turquoise pools reflect a glowing, ember-tinted sky, while palms stand like calm guardians of the shoreline. The loose, fluid washes echo the natural movement of water and the way colours melt together at dusk. It draws from a love of warm coastal evenings, humidity in the air, and the feeling of time slowing down as light fades. Framed in a white frame, the artwork feels fresh, airy, and ready to hang, inviting serenity into any space.

Artist Bio

From an early age, I was drawn to creative expression, discovering my passion for art as soon as I could hold a crayon.
I pursued this passion academically, earning a degree in Art Education in Ukraine, which laid the foundation for my artistic and teaching career.
After relocating to Australia in 2002, I continued to develop my practice and actively sought opportunities to exhibit my work.
I have since participated in various art prizes and exhibited in local galleries, while also sharing my knowledge through teaching, both in my home studio and within the school community attended by my children.
For me, art is more than a passion; it is a lifelong journey of exploration, growth, and connection. Through both my creative practice and teaching, I aim to inspire others to experience the joy and transformative power of art. My work has allowed me to engage with audiences locally on the Gold Coast and internationally, reinforcing my belief in creativity as a universal language that enriches lives.
