A thickly textured impressionist oil painting of cherry blossom flowers and black and white butterfly. The Japanese cherry blossoms were painted with a palette knife in delicate shades of pink and white. This painting was inspired by my spring flowering cherry tree. A blossom painting to celebrate the arrival of Spring!
