Artwork Description

This was based on a photo of my father-in-laws first home in Cartlon, Melbourne, in the 1950's, I love terrace houses and this was a very challenging piece to do.

Artist Bio

My artwork is a story told through portraits, the powerful presence of trains, the serenity of landscapes and to the allure of seascapes. The Australian landscape, with its changeable beauty, has always held a special place in my heart. I like to explore a multitude of themes and subjects each with a unique tale to tell. However it's in the realm of wildlife art, particularly Australian birdlife, that I enjoy the most.

I paint mainly in oils and do many birds in watercolours. Thank you for reading my bio, I hope you enjoy my artwork.
