You can get to the Mouth with a 4X4 or by boat. The day I went we paddled out in kayaks.
The current is very strong where the Murray empties into the ocean. You really had to row hard so you didn’t get swept out to sea.
The dappled light in the shallows is one of the characteristics I have tried to capture here.
