There’s a sense of calm as I look at this painting of a not so calm day on the water. It’s funny how the ocean can do that to us! I love the palette of this piece and finished so perfectly with a light timber frame. I hope you like it!

My name is Jessie and I am an artist, living in beautiful Tasmania, Australia.

Growing up on the East Coast has given me a great love and insight into the ocean, focusing most of my practise on photo realistic paintings of Australia’s remarkable coastline.

I am a self taught artist and have been painting for about 4 years.
I love creating meaningful art to bring warmth and comfort to my clients space. I still find it crazy that my art is hanging in peoples homes!!

I feel as though we are all linked to the ocean in some way. I love that people can simply look at my art and feel instantly connected through memories and feelings, that in itself is pretty powerful.

I am so thankful that I am able to share my passion with you, through art.
