‘Wanderer’ -(Noun) One who wanders, who travels aimlessly.
If there’s one thing I love more than the beach itself, it’s the walkway that leads you there. This piece reminds me of my twenties, taking a picnic rug, a bottle of wine and my besties and heading to the beach at sundown. No worries or commitments, just the sand between our toes and sea breeze in our hair.
I hope this piece sparks a memory for you just like it does for me! Thank you for looking!

PLEASE NOTE: Since posting this piece I have noticed a small fault in the canvas which has caused the paint to crack slightly in one spot in the clouds. I think it’s possibly a pulled thread. Very unnoticeable unless in direct sunlight. Will add a photo. Price has been adjusted.

My name is Jessie and I am an artist, living in beautiful Tasmania, Australia.

Growing up on the East Coast has given me a great love and insight into the ocean, focusing most of my practise on photo realistic paintings of Australia’s remarkable coastline.

I am a self taught artist and have been painting for about 4 years.
I love creating meaningful art to bring warmth and comfort to my clients space. I still find it crazy that my art is hanging in peoples homes!!

I feel as though we are all linked to the ocean in some way. I love that people can simply look at my art and feel instantly connected through memories and feelings, that in itself is pretty powerful.

I am so thankful that I am able to share my passion with you, through art.
