Evening Sky at the Port

As the Swan River makes the last leg of it's journey towards Fremantle before meeting the Indian Ocean it's silver glow against the silhoettes of landscape and industry, under an evening sky makes for a beautiful painting. What stories lie captured in this river! Oh, if the river could speak!

Jill Bryant is a West Australian artist, based in Fremantle. Jill inspired by the colours‚ textures and emotive elements of everything around her making her work extremely varied. Her passion for art started at a very early age and has continued to grow along with her skills awarding her with Dux of her year in two art institutions during her years of art education. Although a qualified Graphic Designer her real love is for painting‚ both in impressionistic and abstract forms.

The watercolour medium never ceases to captivate her and has moved her to push the boundaries producing stunning watercolour abstracts and impressionist works.
