Artwork Description

The northwest of Western Australia is spectacular. Warm and clear, calm and peaceful, nothing to do but fish, or just stop and reflect by the shore. I love how the blue skies perfectly compliment the ochre colour earth. A man and his best friend try for one last fish in their secret spot, just before the day ends.

Jill Bryant is a West Australian artist, based in Fremantle. Jill inspired by the colours‚ textures and emotive elements of everything around her making her work extremely varied. Her passion for art started at a very early age and has continued to grow along with her skills awarding her with Dux of her year in two art institutions during her years of art education. Although a qualified Graphic Designer her real love is for painting‚ both in impressionistic and abstract forms.

The watercolour medium never ceases to captivate her and has moved her to push the boundaries producing stunning watercolour abstracts and impressionist works.
