Partition No. 2 continues my exploration of architectural rhythm, colour, and balance through grid-like compositions. Inspired by interior partitions, the work transforms functional structure into abstraction, where blocks of ochre, red, turquoise, and off-white interact within precise black boundaries.
The composition plays with contrast—warm against cool, bold against neutral—while the geometry holds everything in balance. Like its predecessor, this painting is about how divisions can create connection, and how colour can bring structure to life.
