Partition No. 3 continues the series’ focus on architectural form, colour, and order. In this work, orange, deep green, and red sit alongside off-white, divided by sharp black grid lines. The structure is simple yet dynamic, balancing strong contrasts with open space.

The painting plays with rhythm and proportion, showing how colour can shift the mood of geometry. Like the others in the series, it draws on the idea of partitions, boundaries that separate, but also create new relationships between spaces.

The composition plays with contrast, warm against cool, bold against neutral, while the geometry holds everything in balance. Like its predecessor, this painting is about how divisions can create connection, and how colour can bring structure to life.
