Working with elements from "Banksia and Two Vases", this still life is a second composition.
Decorative elements her feature on the vases, whilst combining the silhouette of the banksia with the vases allows for a more unified silhouette of the entirety of the still life. There is a stronger focus on capturing light in this second composition.

Josseline Jeria is a Contemporary Australian born painter, currently based in Sydney.
Focusing on the Fine arts, I work predominately in realist traditions based in impressionistic and expressionistic styles. I explore incorporating abstract qualities in my work, to create different pictorial spaces and to emphasize focal points. My choice of style for a given painting is made based on the composition and the mood I wish for the audience to experience when viewing my work.
I enjoy exploring the full spectrum of colour palettes, from monochromatic to highly saturated, and from minimal to complex interpretations of objects, landscapes and people.
The majority of my paintings are painted from life.
