Sweetness of Being 1, is an emotive, enigmatic painting. Largely influenced by the contrasting heavy shadows and intense light filtered through the trees on the property around the artist's studio, and the joy that these moments bring.
Sweetness of Being 2, her sister piece could also be purchased and hung as a large diptych, hung or framed as one large statement piece, or each canvas could be hung, or framed individually.

Sweetness of Being 1, is triple gloss varnished, adding to the intensity this piece brings. It is accompanied by a certificate of authenticity and is signed on the back. Only the best quality materials are used.

Abstract of white and black lines over colorful geometric shapes.Abstracted female figure in white line drawing style, with head and hair hanging down, on abstracted background of dark blues, greens, maroon and orange.Abstracted female figure in neutrals and black and white on linen. Moon shape. In A passing Thought, draws on Needham's interest in neuroscience and psychology. We are watching as thought moves in and out of our 'frame' of mind. Colors and shapes come and go, flat and textured, focusing and not focusing on one thing or another.
