Part of my current series of work, derived from focusing on the minute details in native flowers and the shapes within, using these shapes to create a veneer across an abstract landscape. Obscuring the layers below. A nod to nature, and the changing seasons . The veneer is an emotive response to the light and changing circumstances, and the illusions in life.
