Artwork Description

I painted this painting just for fun. It took many sessions and many layers to arrive at this point . I don’t know if it is finished yet, but I’m pretty sure it’s done. Time to move on to something new.
I love all kinds of art, and like to play, experiment and invent when I paint. I love naive art, abstract art and folk art. I get bored unless I use a lot of colour and don’t have the patience or discipline to plan my art. I love that I can always paint over mistake. I encourage drips and flaws. I try to give some control to my inner child. At this stage of my life I’m just having fun, and I paint to please myself.
