Artwork Description

Pencil on paper

Signed on the front.

This artwork comes with an external frame

This artwork was part of an exhibition titled “Prologue” at the Bessie Davidson Gallery within the Royal Adelaide Hospital between April to November 2023. “Prologue” was an exploration of the intricacies of movement and colour using silk scarves as a subject.

“Prologue” draws upon colour psychology to emote positive warm feelings to viewers. I consider the use of colour in all my pieces and aim to understand the feelings that the use of each colour emotes. My artworks are bright and colourful and I understand that aesthetically pleasing things to the eye can have a positive impact and impact the wellness of those who view them.

Framed with a white mat in a simple white painted timber frame with a slim, modern rectangular profile. Please contact artist for further images of framed artwork.
