Artwork Description

Acrylic on metal

Signed on the front.

Frame not included

I love purple. I see it everywhere in the landscape. Along with white it’s probably the colour I most often use in landscapes.

This painting is inspired by purple and also by a boat trip to Clark Island in Sydney’s Port Jackson. I loved the straggly silhouettes of the wind blown trees as we approached the dock.

This painting is on aluminium composite, which is very strong and stable and will not crack. It does require a frame or a support in the rear to be hung. I suggest that a white floating frame would look great.

I happily take COMMISSIONS. If this is not quite the right shape, size of colour scheme for your wall drop me a line.
