This piece is a celebration of color, movement, and the quiet joy found in nature. I wanted to capture the feeling of standing in a field of wildflowers, surrounded by life and light — that moment when the breeze carries the scent of petals and everything feels alive.
The brushstrokes are intentionally loose and expressive, allowing the colors to blend and dance together organically. I used layers of greens and blues to evoke the depth of the foliage below, while letting the upper portion fade into soft pastels and whites — a suggestion of sunlight filtering through the blooms.
The pinks and reds are scattered like petals caught mid-fall, creating a rhythm that pulls your gaze across the canvas. Rather than depicting a literal scene, I aimed to express a memory or an emotion — the kind that lingers long after you've left the field.
