I am a part-time artist based in the Adelaide Hills, painting from my home studio whenever time allows. My art is a reflection of the deep joy I feel when creating. Inspired by the natural world, I’m especially drawn to the way light transforms landscapes and seascapes—turning ordinary moments into something fleeting and magical.
Working primarily in oils, I aim to capture nature’s harmony and beauty through realistic scenes that still celebrate the painter’s hand. I love the texture and richness of oil paint, using both brushes and palette knives to build layers and character. While I have a strong foundation in traditional techniques, I’m always open to experimentation—constantly exploring new mediums, methods, and sources of inspiration.
Through my work, I hope to share not just what I see, but what I feel—to invite the viewer into a moment of stillness, wonder, and connection with the world around us.
