I’m a Perth-based artist creating landscapes in my own style which I call Chromatic Impressionism. My paintings are about more than what I see — they’re about how a place feels. By exaggerating natural beauty with bold, vivid colours, I try to capture light, atmosphere, and a sense of calm.
Most of my work starts with an acrylic underpainting before I build up layers of oil paint, letting the colours interact and create depth. The process is as much about escape for me as it is expression — a way to step back from the noise of everyday life and connect with something quieter.
Collectors often tell me my work brings warmth and stillness into their homes. That’s what I hope for — that my paintings give people a space to pause, breathe, and reconnect.
