An original 18" x 26", or 45.72 x 66.04 cm oil painting on canvas of The Mokulua Islands as seen from Lanikai Beach in Kailua, Hawaii.
Coconut palms and blooming naupaka frame this island scene, the palm fronds appear to sway in the gentle trade winds with soft palm shadows on the sand.
A old Hawaiian lava rock wall is on the left side of the painting.
These islands have small beaches and as remnants of a sunken volcanic crater, they mark the place where the coral reef ends and deep, ocean water begins.
This painting invites the viewer to jump in and take a swim!
It has been painted with Rembrandt professional oil paints and comes with a certificate of authenticity. It arrives ready to hang fixed with D-ring hangers and plastic coated picture wire.
