The sea will always be an inspiration, so it's no surprise that I always return to this subject. I decided to work on a collection that was more impressionistic than semi-abstract, thus the addition of a clear source of light and horizon. The focus here is very much on palette and movement, which is why the majority of the paint has been added using a palette knife.
