Why did I name this Beauty in Picture? Because I adore snow...in pictures only. I can't stand the cold, and struggle as soon as temperatures drop, even in Sydney where let's face it, isn't all that cold even in winter. Still, I love the look of snow and I love painting snow. For me, the interest lies in depicting white using colours that are not in fact, white.
Although painted on canvas board, this is thin enough to frame.
