Sapphire Vase

This is one of two sister paintings.

One of my goals is to become more proficient at still life painting, including florals. After many tries, I achieved exactly what I wanted: complex floral arrangement with a more simple glass vase. I adore the brushstrokes in this painting~ they're feathering and deliberate, and I see a great deal of improvement in my oil work in this one special painting.

This painting will be sent flat packed.
