Artwork Description

The Iceland series depicts paintings from my month long Art Residency in Iceland.
The month of July has some 21 hours of light at the beginning and the colours on a clear day were vibrant and lush.

Near Fjarðabyggð is a painting inspired by the mountains south of Egilsstaðir on Route 1.
The mountains are so vividly lush after the glaciers have melted, the multitude of greens are breathtaking.

Commissions welcome.
