Artwork Description

This elegant abstract landscape is inspired by banksias edging the bank of river.
The featured gold leaf detail of the Banksia tree is a recurring motif in my artwork. Several of the trees are created with a handprinted translucent paper.
.
UNFRAMED - it would suit a natural wood or black frame.
.
There are several similar works in the Banksia Series.

.
This refined palette of charcoal black, gold leaf, shades of warm brown, beige and cream are a striking contrast to the metallic gold leaf.
