This painting is explores the emotional landscape of human strength, resilience, and rebirth. Winter is a time of cold change, but also a signal of rebirth to come. The river is painted to represent movement through emotion and self reflection. Trees surrounding the river are full and beautiful, signifying the ability to grow and flourish through challenges.

This blue and grey colour abstract landscape artwork is from the series “Healing Landscapes”; a series of paintings which incorporate the patterned flow of growing leaf forms and blossoming petals with the healing power of colour to draw a connection with the emotional landscape .
