Artwork Description

ā€œMadonna of the Roseā€ by Leni Kae. ā€œMadonna of the Rose is inspired by a statue created of the Virgin Mary by Michelangelo Buonarotti, following Christ’s descent from the cross. This artwork pictures only her face; and it draws focus to her expression of acceptance, love and trust in both Divine timing and the greater good that serves higher purpose and Truth.ā€ - Leni Kae

Painted in acrylic paint on canvas (30x30cm) plus frame included. This beautiful piece features delicate design combined with textured paint, and also a hidden UV reactive symbol for a beautiful sensory experience. The UV reactive symbol highlight an element on conscious enlightenment; its meaning revealed and explained in its Certificate of Authenticity. It also bares a special feature behind the canvas - featuring the stones of Rose Quartz and Clear Quartz, which often feature in rosary beads associated with the love and trust in the divine truth.

Leni Kae’s new series ā€˜Awakenings’ contains a special feature. Expose the paintings to UV Light to discover a hidden glowing symbol. This feature both symbolises and highlights an element of conscious enlightenment.

Leni Kae’s ā€˜Awakenings’ series is inspired by an intuitive connection to the artist’s Greek ancestral landscape. Leni explores conscious and subconscious connection to the stories and energies of cultural legends, mythology, ritual and religion; and the role they played in spiritual enlightenment. ā€˜Awakenings’ invites viewers to re-examine how they think about ancestral historical spirituality, and in the process, surrender to a process of self-discovery.
