Artwork Description

“Sailing the High Seas” is an abstract seascape that speaks to the soul’s journey through challenge and transformation. Painted in flowing layers of blue hues, the waves rise as symbols of life’s trials — their vast power both daunting and beautiful. Above them, the sailboat holds steady—an emblem of spirit, resilience, and the quiet strength that carries us beyond turbulence. For me, this work is not only about the ocean, but about trust: trusting the winds of change, trusting the vessel of the Self, and knowing that we can rise above to new horizons. ~ Leni Kae, artist

“Sailing the High Seas” by Sydney artist Leni Kae, is a watercolour abstract seascape painting on 300gsm paper with acrylic highlights, featuring large waves and a sailboat on top.
