I made this painting from a reference photo taken down at Kiama (NSW coast, south of Sydney). It was a sunny but cool day, and Kiama really knows how to do beauty, especially in those conditions!
I focused on light and shape in this abstracted landscape painting, with muted greens and dappled light in the tree.
