Acrylic on canvas, stretched and ready to hang.

This painting was made from a photo I took a couple of years ago in Shelley Park near Cronulla Beach. I often walk along the beaches in the Shire and spend as much time there as we can in the summer. It's a truly beautiful part of the Sutherland Shire and I think it's a real drawcard. The ocean, the park, the gorgeous trees with their beautiful shade - what's not to love?
The painting is on a deep edge canvas and the edges have been painted to form part of the image. It doesn't need to be framed, though it can be if preferred.
It would add a lovely splash of colour to any room. And if you like this painting because you love the Shire, I would recommend pairing it with my other piece called Stop, Coffee Time (featuring the iconic Biancini's cafe). I think they go perfectly together.
