Original Artwork's Description

Intuitively painted while listening to music. My art is mostly intuitive, expressing emotions that I am unable to put words too. I have Multiple Sclerosis and word finding is becoming more difficult for me. So art is my therapy, I find it so soothing and healing. The greatest joy I get is when the viewer is able to tap into something which resonates with them.

Artist Bio

Liz Whyte, is an Australian abstract artist whose work blends emotional expression with contemporary colour design. Living with multiple sclerosis and shaped by deep personal loss, Liz paints as a way of transforming vulnerability into strength. Her bold gestural brushwork, layered colour palettes, and semi-abstract florals are celebrated for their raw honesty and uplifting energy. Each piece is a reflection of resilience, movement, and the beauty found in healing. Collectors are drawn to her vivid palettes, intuitive mark-making, and the sense of life and expansion that define her signature style.
Liz has sold her work to collectors all over Australia and one internationally to date.
She has had one exhibition and shown her art at many shows, winning an award for her abstract art "Where fire meets water "
