Woman with emerald ring

The painting is a conceptual portrait of a woman sitting by the table with the remote bouquet of blue flowers. The figure is very detached, as are the flowers, so the viewer is facing a dilemma about the major topic of the painting. The connection happens through the light which is as important participant of that piece as the rest of the imagery.
