Day’s End grew from that moment. A solitary golden-brown tree stands beneath a softly illuminated cloud, its warm tones held against a deep, quiet landscape.

This Australian tree painting is deliberately pared back, allowing the tree, atmosphere and surrounding space to carry the work.
