Artwork Description

Morning Moment by Lucinda Leveille is a small sweet landscape, framed with an oak floating frame.

'Dawn' by Ella Wheeler Wilcox :

Day’s sweetest moments are at dawn;
Refreshed by his long sleep, the Light
Kisses the languid lips of Night,
Ere she can rise and hasten on …

The greens and pinks are used again in this small piece, just love to put these two tints together.

The painting is signed on the front with my name, ‘Lucinda,’ and comes with a Certificate of Authenticity, assuring its originality and craftsmanship. It is created on a gallery-style stretched canvas, with the colors continuing around the edges, offering a finished look even without a frame.

Your painting will be carefully cocooned in bubble wrap and packed within a sturdy cardboard container to ensure it arrives safely, ready to bring its serene, calming presence to your space.

If you love this piece but it doesn’t quite suit your space, I would be delighted to work with you to produce an artwork that will suit you and your home, I enjoy commissions and it’s always great to know that this is something uniquely yours. You can now email me directly, straight to my inbox and we can discuss what you would like.

Artist Bio

Lucinda Leveille is an Australian landscape artist based in Queensland, known for atmospheric oil paintings that explore weather, stillness, distance and the emotional presence of place.

Working primarily in oils, Lucinda creates original landscape paintings shaped by memory, light and the quiet tension of changing skies. Her work often features clouds, trees, open land, distant roads and weather-filled horizons, sitting somewhere between realism and abstraction.

A graduate of the National Art School in Sydney, Lucinda has painted for many years and has exhibited widely, with work held in private collections across Australia and overseas. She has been recognised as one of Bluethumb’s Top 50 artists, placing her among the top-selling artists on the platform.

Her paintings are created as one-of-a-kind originals, with no prints or reproductions. Each work is developed slowly through layers of oil paint, colour, atmosphere and feeling, offering collectors a quiet place to arrive within the landscape.
