Corrie follows a continuing interest in layers of lines accumulating over the picture surface. Corrie is made up of a variety of sinuous vertical lines. The brush strokes are comparatively long in what is a compact work. The background is grey with violet in it. As some orange lines become transparent the background shows through. Corrie is an abstract piece but some pale blue lines cause it to suggest water reflecting light in a creek. The title is whimsical, not representational.
